Ngo Thoi Nhan, K4 VCREME , PhD student in economics at SAMM Lab – Pierre Mendes Center – University of Paris 1, France
I met Mr.Cuong, Mr.Hung in the summer of 2012 as a charm in my life when the teachers came to my school to lecture a number of topics on the theory of general equilibrium and economic optimization. . My first impression of Mr. Cuong was a very simple man and an extremely passionate professor of research. Perhaps in my life I have never met anyone who has a great research interest as Master. It is from this short course that I realized that I had to acquire more knowledge in economics to be able to do a good job teaching economics. It is fortunate that in October 2012, the agency where I worked facilitated my participation in the PreMaster Economic Seminar organized by the VCREME Center in Hanoi. Here, I learned economic knowledge in English with famous professors from France, Singapore as well as professors, PhDs in economics in the country and in addition, have more good friends in Hanoi. Subjects and courses are carefully selected and designed so that learners can learn the Master economically anywhere.
From the teachers the lecture that made me expand many more things. I was particularly impressed by Mr. Cuong’s theory of general equilibrium and game theory of Le Hong Nhat. These are two subjects that I am extremely interested in learning this course. Completing the course with the certificate was awarded, I was very proud but above all the knowledge that I received from the course. It was from the advice of Mr. Cuong that I had the motivation to change my language from Russian into English and French and also from my introduction so today I am a graduate student in mathematics. Studying in Paris, France. As of now, looking back on the PreMaster course that I have experienced as well as the Before and After courses, I became even more aware of the quality of VCREME’s teaching staff and found myself very lucky. They are all professors, PhDs that I also had the honor to meet at the VEAM conference in Paris or today. I am grateful to Mr. Cuong, VCREME Center and PreMaster for giving me a good chance to continue my education. Being a PreMaster is probably a good chance and a blessing in my life.
